Concord Adex is a subsidiary of Concord Pacific, which is a well-known builder in the Vancouver area. They came to prominence when they acquired the Expo 86 grounds in 1987 and completely revitalized it into a thriving neighbourhood. In more recent history, Concord Adex acquired a large parcel of land in 1997, which would eventually become the renowned CityPlace community– the largest residential development in Toronto at the time.
Today, this master-mind development company is behind the nearly complete projects Saisons and Seasons Condos in North York and the newly launched King’s Landing master-planned community at Leslie St., & Sheppard Ave. Concord has completed over 130 residential and mixed-use buildings with more than 50 in various stages of planning and development.
For over a decade, Concord Adex’s Presentation Centre for CityPlace has been located at Spadina Avenue and Bremner Boulevard, but all that will change come August 3rd 2019. The company has outgrown its Entertainment District office, which acted as the sales centre for the condominiums the company builds and will open the doors to their new home at 88 Queens Wharf.
As a way to introduce their new digs to industry leaders in the pre-construction condo community, they invited us to an Executive High Tea Event at their brand new office. This special preview gave us an opportunity to not only get familiar with their new, ultra-modern office but to also get insider details on all their upcoming projects.
Check out some photos from the event!
