Last November, we attended CentreCourt Developments and SmartCentres' TC4 Condos at SmartCentres Place's presentation where they revealed their plan to expand the Transit City master-planned community in the groundbreaking Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC). The reveal came as no surprise to us as its first, second, and third phase completely sold out in record time.
Fast Forward to earlier this month, when we attended their invite-only, Top Performer Event at the Transit City Sales Office where we learned the new, TC4 & TC5 Condos, as outlined by CentreCourt, will be a part of a 100-acre mixed-use community, a 9-acre central park and with exclusive access to a 1 acre park, ground-floor retail, a lobby decked out by HERMES and a TESLA car-sharing service.
Jason Lam, VP of Sales and Marketing for CentreCourt hosted the event where he spoke about the ambitious project, including the building height rising 45-storeys and housing 530 suites in addition to prices starting from the high $300,000's. The presentation was illustrated through a series of information-driven slides as Lam called the project, "the most affordable condo in a AAA location".
“With prices from the high $300’s, $400’s and $500’s, 0 minutes to the subway, efficiently designed floor plans, and the most central location in the VMC”, said Lam, this new tower will add much needed, affordable residences to the in-demand area along the “newish” Vaughan subway line.
We also learned about the 24,000 Sq. Ft., state-of-the-art amenity centre called “The Training Club”. This space will house a full indoor running track overlooking its elite training facility, tranquil spa facilities, squash and basketball court, a chic games and party lounge with a full kitchen, as well as an outdoor infinity pool, cabanas and BBQs. The Library Room will feature double-height, raised ceilings, and a shared co-working space set to perch on the 6th level --all of which overlooking the 1-acre park by celebrated designer, Claude Cormier.
Ground floor amenities are for the most part still being determined but as of right now, we know that a grocery store is in the cards upon completion of TC4 and its proceeding tower, TC5. We also know that CentreCourt is ahead of the curve when it comes to attracting world-class retailers and commercial tenants. So far, trendy eatery, BUCA, YMCA, KPMG, PWC, Miller Thomson, GFL, Marc Anthony, BMO, TD Canada Trust and much more have moved into the neighbourhood which brings highly-welcomed employment opportunities to the community.
The property is nearly transit-connected, pedestrian-friendly, and will bridge Downtown Vaughan with local businesses via TTC buses, VIVA York Region Transit buses and the Brampton Bus System which all pull in and out of the Vaughan Metropolitan Station daily. Not to mention, York University is 3 subway stops away from TC4 while Downtown Toronto’s Union Station is a 43-minute train ride away.
Many of CentreCourt’s projects cater to investor buyers and they have a track record of completing buildings with a focus on providing quality homes in the most efficient time-frame as possible. That is one of the main reasons why our agents enjoy selling their products. With zero days in interim occupancy to date, not only are we happy to provide these types of units to the public but it sure helps our clients know that they are investing in a company that strives to exceed their expectations.
